Is your Australian Citizenship ceremony coming up? The Government has finally resumed citizenship ceremonies with local councils starting to host small ceremonies which comply with social distancing requirements in their state or territory.
Over 25 thousand Australian citizenship conferrals took place online during the COVID lockdown. Online ceremonies will continue for some councils who are not able to host physical events safely. So even if your state or territory still has restrictions, you will still be able to become official citizens.
